Waterproofing
We use a process of concrete waterproofing through crystallization, when applied to concrete or cinder blocks will grow needle like crystals into the pores of the concrete making it both stronger and waterproof. Concrete waterproofing through crystalization allows the concrete to breathe but does not allow water to pass through. It is non-toxic and is a good waterproofing solution for cinder blocks and concrete floors and walls.
Leaking basement repair
Leaking walls and floors are a sign of damage to structure, and needs to be address before more damage happens. French drains and trenches are the usual methods of diverting water, but your porous walls need to be repaired also. The best way to address leaking walls is by using the crystalline method of waterproofing. Rather than simply painting a rubbery compound on your wall, the crystalline method actually penetrates the wall and forms crystals inside the wall, protecting the wall from further deterioration.
Fix leaking walls
Leaking walls need to be fixed to prevent damage to the interior of your home, and to prevent further damage to the wall itself. Leaking or wet walls can produce mold, mildew, and eventually can damage wood and the foundation of your home. Many times the best solution is treatment with sophisticated chemical treatment of the interior walls, avoiding expensive diversion tactics like french drains.
